And while the ongoing socio-economic impacts of the novel coronavirus pandemic linger on, we can anticipate that our new way of working may be changed forever. 

So, how can organizations prepare for a post covid workplace?

In this article, we gathered 75 employee statistics based on real Remesh session data from hundreds of employees around the country. By the end of the article, we hope we can help your organization understand what direction the future of work will take – and ultimately help you return to work with adequate resources and workforce you need to thrive after COVID-19.

Organizational Response to COVID-19

  1. 71% of working Americans say their organization has strong leadership communication
  2. More than half of working Americans (65%) say their company has been implementing more “hygiene education” than ever

Impact of Virtual Learning on Work-life balance

  1. More than 60% of working parents find it harder to juggle responsibilities due to virtual learning
  2. A majority of parents (64%) found themselves getting less work done as a result of helping their kids with schoolwork
  3. Nearly 64% of parents say they work later at night since they help kids with their school work during the day
