We are committed to putting researchers first, turning your insights and suggestions into real features on the Remesh platform. Our customer feedback loop ensures continuous improvement.
Remesh Features Co-Created from Customer Feedback Loop
We love turning our clients’ wishes into realities. Many of the features you see in Remesh today were directly inspired by feedback from researchers like you. Here are a few examples of how our customer feedback loop has led to new features.
External Data Import
Our customers love using Remesh’s AI-powered analysis tools, and wanted the ability to use them on research conducted on other platforms. That’s why we now allow you to easily import survey data collected outside of Remesh. Once imported, you can analyze using Remesh's suite of analysis tools, merge with Remesh Conversation data, or continue gathering data within Remesh.
Upload Participant Data
Some of our clients collect screener data before participants begin their Remesh conversation. These customers wanted to be able to import this data and avoid asking redundant questions in their onboarding poll. Voila — their wish was our command. Now you can use your existing data for segmentation and analysis and provide a better participant experience.
Thematic Clusters Featured Responses
Analyzing open-ended responses can be daunting, but with Thematic Clusters, we help uncover themes among responses based on their meanings. This makes it easier for you to identify key insights and patterns in your data, but some researchers wanted more clarity. This input from our customer feedback loop lead to the creation of the “Featured Response”. Remesh now displays the response that best represents the central idea of the group for the selected segment to help you quickly understand the cluster.
Auto Segments
We received a request for AI-generated segments to help you free up time. Our Auto Segments feature automatically groups participants based on their responses, saving you time and effort in segmenting your audience manually. This allows you to focus more on analyzing the results and less on organizing data.
More Participant Freedom
We believe in giving participants more freedom to express their thoughts. Based on your feedback, we’ve increased the character limit for open-ended responses from 250 to 500 characters, allowing for more detailed feedback. Participants can also submit their "Other" responses in a free-form text box. Additionally, we’ve updated the “I can’t decide” option in Ask Opinion voting exercises to “More options,” giving participants four choices: I disagree with both, these are similar, I agree with both, and I am not sure. All of these refinements were based on your explicit feedback.
